Curious little Nightmare

Which is named Jowan.
Huehuehue, I've been really dying to re-design this fella.
And ahhh. ;w;
There is just my undying love for this kid.
Some people which are following me since a while now might as well still know him.
Well...Probably not since I unfortunately never got to draw a decent picture of him.
BUT if you're still familiar with my whole dreamworld and nightmare realm thingie then you should have less trouble to understand this.
Jowan is (how the title already reveals) a living nightmare.
Meaning he's the opposite of Rachel which is a living dream. (I need to re-draw her sometime as well)
Thouuugh they're still siblings.

Jowan also comes with two brothers. (They're triplets, though they do have the one or other thing which makes them different!)
He doesn't really gets along with his brothers since their morality is A LOT more rotten than his.
In fact, Jowan dispises being a nightmare since as soon as people on the surface get that he's a nightmare they mostly avoid him or become scared since his kind is known to be able to show them their worst fears and after all just a lot of horrible psychic based harm.

Jowan himself would prefer to become a mortal but he never got the courage to go through the 'ritual' since for nightmares it means that they first need to die the most painful and torturing death they could imagine and that until every last bit of immortality would be pressed out of them.
Besides that he never found a place he would've felt welcomed and so this also just lowered his courage to become a mortal.

Jowan, like every other dream/nightmare, is able to 'jump' through the different universes via the different dreamworld realms.
Meaning he'd be able to appear in the pokemon universe but also like...In the legend of zelda.
WHEN a nightmare (for dreams this whole prossess is a lot softer and less cruel!) wants to become a mortal the mother of the night (pretty much the 'queen' of the nightmare realm) will be the one to fullfill the ritual.
And how I already said - it is not nice.
Anyway - the nightmare first gets to choose where he wants to stay and then is no longer able to switch between the universes. Meaning even if he wanted to leave again, he couldn't.

As a basic information - nightmares and dreams appear to be some kind of flaming animal like creature in their original form, though they are able to take humanish forms as well.
But their humanish forms come with a few negatives - nightmares are not able to stay under the sun or aggressive light for to long since they'd pass out after a while, when it happens to Jowan most people mistake him for a poor, overdressed drunk idiot.
For dreams it means that since they're more fire like that their body heats up pretty fast and that they can get easily harmed by cold fluids such as water.

A bit to his personality:
Jowan at first might appear to be a little blunt and cold, though this is only caused by his rather bad experiences with people. When someone actually does appear to be fond of him or just takes the time to figure him out a little better he becomes a rather calm yet really lovable and caring personality.
He is very protective towards his sister which is practically besides his father the only person to show him affection.
Besides that he adores his younger sister even more for being a dream since he's really fascinated by dream's and their abilities in general.
